There’s so many different ways to ask someone on a date but there’s only one way that is going to effect the way your friendship/relationship with that person goes, and even though young people and even teenagers are afraid of this one way, it’s the way that you know how the person will truly feels…(you can see there reaction) and that one way is………………face to face!!

Here’s a little example of someone who did it over MSN (Chat Site) and how it turned out for this knob head….enjoy.


There was this 13 year old girl….and this 14 year old boy; these two didn’t know each other very much. They only knew each other from a mutual friend. This girl and guy thought each other looked pretty hot, they would blush when they looked at each other and no one would know about them exchanging looks. They knew that they didn’t know each other very much but they were so attracted to each other they couldn’t help but to tell each other how they felt about each other (on line… so, it was a Wednesday night and they were both on MSN. They started talking and eventually their conversation led on to them liking each other.

The girl and guy started to flirt a little and eventually he asked her out. She was kind of shocked because she was not leading him on to do that, she was simply flirting. The girl was slightly disappointed because she has a pet hate for people who don’t have the guts to ask the people who they admire out face to face, but after she thought about it a little more and got over the fact that he hadn’t asked her out in person and she said yes.

At school they exchanged looks for a couple of days without even talking to each other. After 2 or 3 days the girl stepped up and took control of their relationship, which believe me didn’t even look like they knew each other. She just walked up to him and……said “hello” and hugged him. He kind of caught on that she really liked him and so he started to make an effort but it didn’t last long.

It had almost been 2 weeks and she was so sick of being ignored by him that she went home and really thought about their…(well you couldn’t even call it a relationship….but we will just call it that anyway). She went home and thought about their relationship. After a few minutes of hard thinking, she came to the conclusion that she has had enough of being ignored.


She didn’t know how to break up with this guy, so she turned to her mum and asked for advice. Her mum said “do it exactly how he did it to you”. So she did. MSN!… She got on and told him bluntly. He was sad and asked why she did it on MSN; she said “I did exactly what you did to me”. She lost all respect for him and felt that she could never talk to him again. And she didn’t.

THE END OF THE STORY
It’s just not the same as face to face.
